These terms apply when you use the Mummy Please Kids Wear website or place an order with us. By using the site or ordering, you agree to these terms.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We try to keep product details, sizes, colours and stock accurate, but slight variations in colour or design can occur. Prices and availability may change at any time, and items may sell out.

You choose items on the website and confirm your order with us over WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot verify the details — and we will let you know if we do.

Payment is arranged directly with us over WhatsApp. We accept UPI and cash on delivery (COD). Please pay using the method we confirm with you for your order.

We ship across India. Shipping is a flat ₹70, and free on orders above ₹1500. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or location factors. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Unworn items with their original tags can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp. Certain items may not be eligible for hygiene reasons. Please check the product before use.

All content on this website — including the Mummy Please Kids Wear name, logo, product photos, videos and text — belongs to us or our partners. Please don't copy or reuse it without our permission.

We take care to run our shop well, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
